Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 containing provisions on “Protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data”, informs you of the following:

• Article 1. The data provided by you (hereinafter the “Data”) in the appropriate sections of the Site, may be subject to collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction (“the Processing”), in compliance with the Law and confidentiality obligations.
• Article 2. The Data will be processed for the purposes indicated below, also connected and instrumental to the activity of MokaJenne1878, in particular: accounting, fiscal, commercial, marketing, promotional, statistical activities, sending of advertising and information material, direct sales or placement of products or services.
• Article 3. In relation to the indicated purposes, the Data Processing will be carried out through IT and/or telematic tools, or on paper, and in any case through tools suitable to guarantee their security and confidentiality.

• Article 5.The Data may be communicated, for the Processing purposes listed above, to natural or legal persons, entities or consortia, appointed by MokaJenne1878 to provide processing, instrumental or support services to those of MokaJenne1878, in particular: companies that provide IT, accounting, commercial, management, insurance, banking and financial services, experts, consultants, legal entities, associations, public administrations, universities and research centers. They may also be communicated to companies controlled and/or connected, even indirectly to MokaJenne1878.
• Article 6. A detailed list of the subjects to whom the data may be communicated is available at the offices of MokaJenne1878.
• Article 7. The Data may be transferred abroad. MokaJenne1878 also informs you that, in relation to the aforementioned Processing, you may exercise the rights provided for in art. 13 of the Law, including, in particular, the right to know your personal data recorded, obtain the updating, rectification or integration, oppose illegitimate data processing or data processing carried out for the purposes of commercial information, sending advertising material, direct sales, interactive commercial communication. Finally, MokaJenne1878 informs you that the provision of your Data is optional. However, any refusal to authorize the Processing and communication to the subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories will make it impossible to make the requested purchase.
• Article 8. It should also be noted that MokaJenne1878 is not the owner of the authorization to process sensitive data (pursuant to art. 22 of the Law) and therefore please do not enter in the appropriate boxes any personal data suitable for revealing ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as suitable for revealing the state of health and sexual life.
